Relax, breathe

“When you calm the breath the mind will follow”.

If you are anything like me, the concept of breathing through life´s challenges might not work. Yes, I know you physically can inhale and exhale but from that action and actually breathing there is a big difference and we rarely take the time to enter that territory.

Lately, times have been rough, life has been in challenge mode, it seems and so many of us have found our selves on edge. I guess this exactly what they mean when they speak of the importance of finding calm in the middle of the storm.

Life is our storm, our calm is our breath.
